Takao Minemoto is a Japanese handpan artist from Hiroshima who began his journey after discovering the instrument in 2015. Inspired by the healing power of music, he left his job to travel and perform across 13 countries through busking and live events. Now based in Tokyo, Takao creates calming handpan music through albums, workshops and collaborations with yoga, dance and other musicians, sharing peaceful and emotional soundscapes worldwide.
