Handpan teacher · Paignton, United Kingdom
Pankind is a project of We Need Music CIC, a social enterprise company based in South Devon. Since 2020 we have run a variety of handpan workshops, retreats and corporate handpan workshops mainly in the Torbay, Totnes and Dartington areas, but extend throughout the South West of England. All profits generated from these workshops and retreats are used to support our community music making projects, including in early years settings, schools, Hospices, Hospitals, and with young carers and fostered children. Our handpan workshops and retreats use high quality handpans made by several reputable UK makers, and give participants the opportunity to try a variety of different scales as well as instruments made from Nitrided steel, stainless steel and ember steel.
