Laura Inserra is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, sound therapist and educator who blends global music traditions, healing practices and creative expression. Playing and teaching the Hang since 2003, she developed her own “Structured Improvisation Technique,” combining improvisation, composition and mindfulness through music. Laura uses sound as a tool for transformation, creativity, connection and inner healing across performances, workshops and artistic collaborations.
