Kuritár Csaba

Handpan player · Budapest, Hungary

My name is Csaba Kuritár, and I have been playing the handpan for over three years. Although I first encountered the instrument 23 years ago (then known as the HANG), it truly became part of my life in 2022, when I bought my first handpan and began playing it almost every day. For me, the handpan is more than an instrument – it is a way to slow down, turn inward, and step out of the rhythm of everyday life. I perform at yoga and Pilates classes, sound baths, meditation events, festivals, art exhibitions and cultural programs, always aiming to create an honest and immersive musical experience that people can carry with them long after the last note fades.
